Business Development Specialist (Internship) Description: * The Business Development Specialist will work directly with the company Business Heads on day-to-day execution of client projects. * Outbound Lead Generation (cold calling). This is not common telemarketing. We specialize in providing consultative-based calling campaigns to develop high-level dialogue with our clients’ prospects. While no prior experience is required, successful candidates will need the drive to succeed and not be afraid to hit the phones. * Database Management. Building and cleaning databases - this could include outbound calling into companies to identify key contacts, helping merge spreadsheets into MS Access databases, etc. You will also be responsible for handling some invoicing and expense reporting. * Client & Internal Project Management. Working with clients to execute marketing campaigns - this could be email marketing, telemarketing, or hosting events. You will also be expected to help develop internal TSL Marketing collateral and assist ongoing email campaigns to generate new business.
