5 X Recruitment cum Sales Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible in identifying new sales opportunity and to be involved in the recruitment life cycle – from identifying of potential candidates to the closure of the placement.

Job Requirements:
-Min GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 credits or higher
-Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
-Pleasant and friendly personality with positive attitude towards customer service.
-Independent, diligent, meticulous with initiative and a responsible team player.
-Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Singaporean or PR only. Foreigners need not have to apply.
-21 years old and above.
-Training will be provided.

Brief Job-Description:
-Recruitment and Selection of applicants.
-Liaise with recruitment media, posting of advertisements and selection of suitable candidates.
-Coordinate and conduct interviews.
-To identify business opportunities and develop new business accounts.
-Visit clients and handle sales presentations.
-Manage and develop client accounts.
-Plan and manage sales forecast.

-Working Hours: Office hours (5 day week)
