Sales Executive Independent firm trading perfumes and cosmetics based in Singapore, currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic sales executive This job will require traveling across the island – please ensure that you are able to perform this basic requirement before applying. Job Description: v As a Sales Executive, your main objective is to identify new opportunities and proactively generate sales leads. v Drive demand generation and creation for products and services through direct touch, demand generation and creation to meet the monthly sales targets v Develop creative and effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability and market share v Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities and products with respect to pricing, delivery and product offering v Develop and execute effective strategies for cost-reduction and revenue-generation v To organize and manage business promotions as well as ad hoc events Basic requirements: v Strong selling and "can-do" mindset with minimum 3-5 years of direct sales experience v Fluent English and Chinese, additional language is preferred v Strong interpersonal skills and a team player v Excellent time and conflict (internal & external) management skills v Effective decision-making and problem solving v Well presented with excellent communication skills v High energy and is self-motivated v Fast learners and willing to travel v Working/employment permit for Singapore is a must
