Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Providing the first point of contact for customers
• Managing & maintaining the retail customer experience & service standards
• Providing customer relationship management
• Managing all aspects of customer counter services
• Doing transaction inputs & cash handling
• Following up on enquiries and sales opportunities

Requirements (essential):

• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Good communication skills
• Well presented and groomed
• Be customer service or sales oriented
• Possess a positive can-do working attitude
• MUST BE willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in retail/hotel industry (an added advantage)
• Front line customer service & cashiering experience (useful)
• Must be cheerful, positive & a co-operative team player
• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications/ certificate/ diploma holder in any field
